Meniere's disease is an idiopathic condition where you get recurrent attacks of vertigo and tinnitus which are most of the times severe. Usually symptoms will subside completely within a day. It is difficult to diagnose menieres during first episode and serial audiograms are necessary for diagnosis during further episodes
