Sir 2 years ago There used to be pain in the left testicles, if I stand for a long time or while traveling, then i feel pain in my left leg and left testicle after some time  some tests have done then the doctor said that this is because of veicocele but due to covid the surgery was not done after this i feel better then after some time i feel that my left testicle is shrink little bit as compare to right one and its been 4-5 months now i'm feeling more pain in my right testicle and i can feel a little lump on upper side veins and I'm suffering from lower back pain too It's also been 2 years tell me the right way how to diagnose this disease please help me just because of this I'm in so much stress i can't sleep

Varicocele can be due to various reasons including blocks in veins which carry blood. Abdomen scan also needed to rule out any abdomen mass/growth. Usually the size of the testicle does not reduce unless blood supply to it reduces. Most of the times patients feel reduced size due to anxiety. Don't worry, consult a surgeon/urologist. You will be alright. And also share your scan report.
