Vegetarian substitute for romega 4g cap
My mother has been prescribed romega 4g capsule by her doctor. But the medicine contains non-veg components and my mother is vegetarian. Also, I have asked my doctor about it and he says any omega 3 capsule will do. Please suggest any veg substitute for romega 4g capsules

Hello there Romega 4g contains almost 90% herbal ingredients....except the omega 3 fatty acids...which are popularly derived from fish sources....so if you are that strict regarding any non vegan source then any omega 3 capsule will not do. The three types of omega-3 fatty acids involved in human physiology EPA,DHA which are marine source and only ALA is of plant oil source. Regards
