My mother 86 yrs old a case of CAD PTCA done, type-2 diabetes, hytn had haemorrhagic stroke in 2017 recovered very well . She was doing good but developed hyponatraemia low sodium with Telma CT , treated and is on tab Telma and Minipress XL Both BD as well as Tab cetanil 5 mgm OD, Bp control is not that fair plus she has gone doubtful, noncoperative and abusive , psychiatric consultation done and has been put on tab sizopin 25 mgm HS and Amanda 5 mgm , but has gone drowsy and its difficult to take her to toilet and do other care. Kindly advise both for BP and this psychotic incident.

Hi.. Psychosis in this age could be due to organic causes. She will need a CT Scan of the Brain.
