Since you have pain since 8 years only medications will not not suffice Kindly first do venous doppler and go for definative surgery as per geading and doctors advise. But you can take Diosmin + Hesperidin – 500 mg BD after meals To improves venous tone, reduces pain/heaviness Paracetamol or Etoricoxib SOS for pain Most important: compression stockings daily
