I underwent routine blood test where tsh is 16.57 alkaline phosphate is 103 serum globulin is 3.47 LDL is 140 platelets count is 516 platletcrit is .51 also I missed my menstrual cycle this month i am worried a lot can you please help me with this

The most significant abnormality here is high TSH, which is suggestive of underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism). It can cause mentrual irregularities. Consult a physician or endocrinologist for starting medication for same. Also get a pregnancy test in view of missed period.
