Is it safe to use Vaniza gel for keloid during Pregnancy? Please help me as my keloids are getting big now

hello mam..... As such there is no contra indication of using the silicon gel during the pregnancy. But we say to avoid it in the first trimester. And if u are talking about the keloids, then such kind of treatment hardly shows any improvement in those. My suggestion would be to go for the proper treatment after the child birth.
