Vaginal tract pain

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I recently had an abortion. Two week before. The pain is is hard . After abortion i was bleeding for almost two weeks because i dint post pregnancy pills due to that there was blood cloths there. In the uterus and ovary . The feotus is clear. And even did treatment for that blood cloth . Can someone tell me . Why there is a pain in vaginal tract.
