Vaginal sides itching
My cousin is having vaginal itching. just on the outer sides skin of vagina.i think it's called labia majora the outer part. Nothing inside no discharge. And skin does even look red. But still itching happens. Tried candid powder but till the time powder is applied it is fine but then again itching happens sometime more sometimes less. It happens on lower side around the vagina outer skin. Which doctor should be concerned dermatologist, Gynecologist or medicine. What the solution on home we can do. Thanks

Hi...Itching on sides of vagina is likely to be fungal infection. This comes under the purview of dermatologist. Apply onabet cream twice daily followed by antifungal powder. If this does not help them you need to connect with a local dermatologist or connect with me via Juvenis Clinic in Mumbai for a video consultation.
