Hi my 6 year old girl had vaginal pain and mild stomach ache for past three days...it was like when she urine it hurts also when she sit stand sleep it is very painful...i checked her there is no itching skin or any wounds but it was painful ...so pls give me some information about it pls

She might be having urinary tract analysis So do urine routine and urine culture and sensitivity before giving any antibiotic
