The test indicates urine infection. Please do urine culture test. Antibiotic course has to be given. Please visit a pediatrician. It is not a serious problem and can be treated

It is UTI, It is quite common specially in females but it damages kidneys, so you have to prevent it. We first treat it Mox soluble tablets250mg twice  a day for 10days. Plenty of water and fluids. Coconut water , sweet lime juice.Hygiene utmost important. After each time after urination, wash genitals with plenty of water. Give her seitz' s bath. Make her sit in a tub of warm water with a spoon of dettol. Let her sit in tub of water for 15minutes. It will  clean  her. bottom  .. Always ask her to empty bladder properly. After finishing the act try again and again 3rd time.It is called triple micturation. It completely empties bladder and no chance to bacteria to multiple. I hope you understood it. Report after repeating urine routine check up.
