Vaginal Pain after unwanted 72

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, I had unprotected sex on 21 april and I took unwanted 72 after 1 hour. Due to which bleeding has started on 24 april .From that time onwards I am suffering from pain in Mild pain in vagina and to reduce that I took meftal spas for 3 days but it is still paining.
