I’ve had vaginal itching (outer labia and near pubic bone) for roughly 6 months. The area around my inner labia is sometimes red. About two months ago I was given diflucan to treat what was presumed to be a yeast infection. Symptoms subsided for nearly a week after completing the antibiotics, then the itching started back. It hasn’t been as bad as it was originally. Could this still be a yeast infection if the medicine helped to start with? Or what does it seem to be?
