Vaginal Irritation and Pain, Not an STI

Asked for Female, 23 Years

In the past three days my vagina and inside of my labia have been red, irritated, sore, and have had pink discharge. My partner told me that he believed I gave him chlamydia the same day my symptoms started. I was tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis that same day. I was treated for chlamydia before my results came back and hadn’t seen a change in my symptoms. Today I got the results back and they all came back negative. My partner is being tested today and still has symptoms.
