Vaginal infection
For about one month, I have had severe itching in my vaginal area, inner thighs, groin, and now it has spread under my breasts and to both underarms. After itching, black patches and small boils appear. The itching keeps increasing even after keeping the area clean and dry. Duration: “It started about one month ago.” Progress: “It began in the groin and inner thigh area and spread to the under-breast and underarms.” Symptoms: Itching ( getting worse day by day) Small boils in groin area in iteching part Darkening of skin Burning sensation after scratching Other issues: “No fever or discharge, but the itching is very strong.”

This is most probably  a fungal infection. It's reversible with treatment Don't use over the counter topical medication can increase it
