Vaginal ichiness, dryness,scabs

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Ive been experiencing dryness around my vagina and the skin feels really dry. Now i see that there are little sccabs or pimples arond it. Before my period i experienced white discarge. my vulva is sometimes covered in white stuff. and also my immne system is very weak right now, i just finished my antibiotics and i have Tonsillitis rn. please help
