Can I be pregnant if my vagina is dry? I am 3 days late. I'm having leg cramps..lower abdominal cramps. Frequent urination and feeling very thirsty with dry lips.

Wait for 3-4days more, it can be pre menstrual symptoms. If periods don’t come even after that do pregnancy tests. If it persists or get severe give urine for culture to r/o UTI. And stay hydrated as much as possible.
