Vaginal discharge

Hi! I'm a teenage girl, and I've never had vaginal, anal, or oral sex, and I've never even kissed anyone or shared needles or anything. However, I've recently noticed that my vaginal discharge has been slightly yellow and, for lack of a better word, creamy. I also think I have a little bit of an odor, but not a "fishy" one. I have no other symptoms. Do I have an STD? Is it possible to get one from touching yourself? Thank you so, so much!
