Vaginal and anal infection
I have painful genital and anal ulcers that started 3–4 days ago after unprotected sexual contact.
There is one big open ulcer between the vagina and anus, and multiple small blisters on the sides.
I have mild itching, watery discharge, and burning during urination but no fever.
