Vagina dry suring sex n particles

Hi I am 28F and recently married. Whenever my husband fingers me I find my vagina not properly lubricated and it is very dry. Also I find some small particles on my husbands fingers during fingering. I heard vagina is dry even if m not comfortable or m not completely into it. However m completely comfortable and relaxed and still dont get properly wet.
