Vaccum filled in left ear
I have vaccum filled in my left ear from last 5days. I am not able to under what to do. I have used nasal spray and ear drops. Nothing seems working. Please suggest what to do?

Try doing the 'Valsalva Manouvre'. You can look it up on YouTube and do the same. Alongwith this get your ears checked to rule out any other cause of blockage in the ear such as impacted wax/ serous otitis media.

It sounds like you may have eustachian tube dysfunction or a blockage. If symptoms persist, see an ENT for evaluation and possible ear cleaning, decongestants, or further treatment.

You might have a problem with your eustachian tube. You can continue with your nasal spray followed by steam inhalation. Also do valsalva manoeuvre few times in a day. Get an ent consultant opinion.
