Urticaria is of varied cause ... if it’s of allergen type of urticaria and if u had any history of anaphylaxis( severe allergic reaction leading to breathless ) , it’s better to properly evaluate before taking vaccine

The cause of urticaria needs to be known. In idiopathic urticaria, both vaccines are safe.
