There is no clear guidelines and proper studies to comment on this, so it's wise to avoid pregnancy. In case she wants to go ahead with vaccination, after 2 doses leave a gap of 3 months and then plan.

Go a head for vaccine it is contraindicated in pregnancy not before conceiving and many countries even preffering vaccines in pregnancy( not live vaccines)

If u are planning for pregnancy u cannot take vaccination. Minimum 3 months gap needed between vaccination and pregnancy plan

Go ahead for vaccination, no harm before conceiving and it doesnt effect female or male fertility also. Even there is no study available that it can do any harm to foetus. But vaccination will definately protect you from covid.
