Vaccination of my 1½ month old baby
I got her 6 weeks vaccine today she was born on 4/8/23 ...47 days as of 21st September We got her vaccination from a govt hospital near by..vaccines given are OPV, IPV,Penta,PCV and rota after vaccination she cried about an hour then fed and slept well she didn't get fever her body temp present it is 98.8°F and her legs doesn't have any swelling she is able to move hands and legs freely and slept Is this ok not getting fever or is there anything I have to worry about? Should I give her paracetamol drops without having fever ? Please suggest clearly Thanks doc!!

Dear parents, Swelling comes after 24hrs, It's not mandatory fever to come. Keep watch for 48to72 hrs. Any new developments let's know
