Ashwagandha and Giloy even though considered as Rasayana, It should be taken under Ayurvedic Doctor's supervision. moreover It's not Food, Don't buy Ayurvedic Products simply looking at Ads. Ayurveda is not Drug Based Medical system, Its Principle based System. merely taking Ashwagandha and Giloy won't boost immunity, You have to follow right regime at right time.
