Can woman who is breastfeeding her 6 days old daughter can take covid vaccine? Also after vaccination, is there any duration for which she shouldn't do breastfeeding? Also if she gets fever then should she do the feeding?

Yes she can breastfeed after vaccination. As per current guidelines there is no restrictions.
