Vaccination dose for less weight baby?

Hi Doctors, Im blessed with baby boy on 15 Nov 2022 😊 thanks for all the doctors for being so supportive. He is 2.14 kg born weight. Almahdulillah he is doing well and given to me after delivery. Since he born in 36 week, im still yet to produce much milk... questions: What is the best approach to breastfeed him? How much time will it take for me to produce milk? Oozing few drops when pressed. Shall I go for pumps? Please guide in detail... Pediatric asked to give Nan pro 1 1 scoop with 3-4 with 40ml sterilize water using silicone spoon small feeding bottle. He is drinking on 30 ml and 10-15 ml left ( thrown away after every feed). How many hourly he needs to be feeded? Is it mandatory to take vaccination today? Can we postpone it for 15-30 days since his weight is just 2 kg? Which vaccine is mandatory and what should be the approach in my case? Will there be any fever due to these initial vaccination?
