As per my scan report in pregnancy
, baby growth is lagging. Attaching the report. Can you please check and let me know if this is concerning? What actions to be taken?

Nothing to worry the report is absolutely normal
things are a matter of concern only when the discrepancy between the weeks of pregnancy by lmp and the weeks AC is corresponding to is more than 2 weeks

Keep watch on Fetal movements
As Doppler is normal, no need to worry
Follow up ultrasound after 2 weeks should be done
