At 35 weeks means third trimester parameters of sonography may differ. As per your case as placental blood flow is good & weight of baby is good. So growth as per period of gestation is fine.
Next Steps
Colour Doppler if lag seen constantly.
Health Tips
Moniter fetal movements properly. In case of decreased fetal movements, report immediately.

Hi This can be IUGR, yes babys growth is slowed down in pregnancy But with timely delivery , baby will grow as other Healthy babies most IUGR babies experience immediate catch-up growth after birth, with the vast majority achieving full catch-up growth by age 2 years.
