For tubal block,u uttara basti is the best treatment.,in Ayurveda.You can go ahead.
Otherwise u have to go for laparoscopy.

in cornual , fallopian tube blocks as well as in other infertility causes, uttar basti is very effective. take this treatment in a good panchkarma centre with other panchkarma procedures like abhyanga and swedana before this .
