Uti persist even after antibiotics

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am suffering from uti for past 2 months. I have taken urine culutre and resulted with kiebsiella pneumo more than 1 lakh. I took augmentin for 10 days but still symptoms persist. Took urine culutre again it came as less than 10000. Right now I'm taking Bactrim for 5 days. After 2 days of medication, started getting slight symptoms. Kindly advise anything needs to be taken care to prevent it from coming back again.
