On third day she has high fevers from 100 to 103 degree farnhite. We give her urine and blood samples and on next day report means on 4th day she got infection in her urinal and high puss. Her body temperature also go as high as 104 degree after taking anti biotic for the infection. I called the doctor and she told to admit her in hospital and after giving her medicine through injection her temperature come down to normal or upto 100.
Now she feels heavy head and constipation and pain in back. Are these symptoms normal and how long it will take her to normal. Right now a gynaecology and general physician are taking care of her but do we need to see a urologist. Please advice.

Hi..... Urinary tract infections can be painful, but you can take steps to ease your discomfort until antibiotics treat the infection. Follow these tips:
Drink plenty of water. Water helps to dilute your urine and flush out bacteria.
Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder.Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate.
Use a heating pad. Apply a warm, but not hot, heating pad to your abdomen to minimize bladder pressure or discomfort.
