Severe unbearable abdominal pain
The patient has a history of severe abdominal pain. The reoccurence of this pain is some what like between 2 years or 1 year or maybe 6 months. The pain is so severe that the patient can't bear it and screams and need emergency treatment. This pain occurs in abdominal area and it's very severe and patient starts shivering and needs immediate medications. It is not very regular but when it comes it is unbearable What can be the cause of it and is it due to Gas related problems as told by some people
