Asked for Female, 25 Years

My wife is 1 month pragnent and having a uti which was 6-8pus cell , 25-30 epithelial cell urine culture report shows gram negative bacteria seen . She took 14 1 gram monocef injection . Now report 2-3 pus cell 2-3epithelial cell . But still faces little burning during urination. K8ndly help ?
