UTI in baby

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Baby is 1 and half year old..he is having UTI 2 times with two different bacteria within 15 days...we are doing USG ..but USG show normal...why this happen again and again..now he is on antibiotics and alkasol syrup..but still now complaining about pain occasionally... occasionally he is doing potty and that touch his penis...is this the reason??? What should we do...???
