Last week i was having trouble in urinating,burning urination, lower back pain,fever which gone after local doctor medicines now penis passage feels little block and have problems in urinating near mid part of penis,no other symptoms apart from this please let me know what can be done now

Are you straining while passage of urine ? Since how long u r facing problem? It needs to be evaluated initially with urine test and further with Uroflowmetry and RGU based on need.
