Anteverted uterus is a normal anatomical position and is seen in many women. The uterus size you mentioned (5.3 × 3.9 cm) is within normal limits for a woman of your age and does not prevent conception. Many women with PCOD and an anteverted uterus conceive naturally once hormonal balance, ovulation, and uterine health are supported.
Next Steps
Focus on regular ovulation and cycle regulation with natural supportive medications and supplements Maintain good thyroid control, as thyroid balance supports fertility Follow a balanced diet, stress reduction, and healthy lifestyle Ayurvedic treatment aims to improve uterine health, hormonal balance, and ovum quality For a detailed evaluation and personalised fertility guidance, you may consider booking a video consultation. This helps in planning safe and individualised treatment based on your reports and medical history.
Health Tips
Do not worry about the uterus position—it is not a fertility problem Avoid self-medication Seek medical guidance if cycles are very irregular or if conception is delayed

An anterverted uterus is a normal anatomical position. uterine size does not prevent conception, if the uterus is healthy and hormonal balance is maintained. In ayurveda, fertility depends on Ritu(is the timing) Kshetra (the uterus), Ambu (the nutrition), and Beeja (the ovum & sperm)—not just uterine size.
Next Steps
Maintain a balanced and healthy diet and healthy weight. Reduce stress as much as you can  and improve sleep. Regular cycles, proper ovulation are more important than size alone
Health Tips
You can conceive if ovulation, endometrial thickness, tubes, and partner factors( sperm analysis as such)are normal. There is no need for treatment to increase uterus size if it is structurally normal.
