Hi I am Kavitha 42 yrs, since my periods are not happening I consulted a doctor, he examined and in the scanning report multiple fibroids and avm was found. Doctor prescribed me tablets for 1 month and said everything will be ok for u. So I need a second opinion on this.

You didn't mention what symptoms you had (apart from irregular periods) . You didn't mention the number of children you have and whether  you need any more children. I think you should go for a hysterectomy after basic investigations. Arterio venous malformations may create problems when you least expect them. So it is better to get the hysterectomy when everything is quiet .
