  4. Uterus operation. Cut out in theatre?

I have stomach pain since 3 months and my mensturation also stop for about 4 months.though am not pregnant.Usg report shows that I have a large tumour of of 7 kg.wheather it's need to operate.the operation will be so painful or not?doctor will unconcious me or not?saline is necessary?if I will not operate this any risk in my life?uterus will be cut off or not?can I produce baby for future?I Had also abortion before 2 years.please tell me details.i am in great tension.i am afraid of operation.can I feel cut out in theatre?
