Uterus issue
I m a 3r yrs old female , My uterus is bulky measuring 93 x 62 x49 mm and reveals inhomogenous reflectivity with tiny cysts.
Endometrial thickness 7.0 mm
Right ovary measures normal 18 x 8 mm
Left ovary reveals a simple cyst measuring 35 x 24 mms .
No internal echoes and septations are needed

According to report cyst size is very small and there is no another problem like any bleeding problem so wait and watch but regular means every 6 month ultrasonography is needed to know the size of cyst.
