Bulky uterus 19. 7 mm. Here!

Hello doctors, I was facing occasional very light bleeding the entire February-2025 and in sonography my uterus is showing bulky 19.7 mm also the ovaries are bulky. Doctor advised a biopsy for hyperplasia. Alternatively she suggested me deviry 10 mg for 5 days and then do sonography again after period if I want to avoid biopsy. She said we can see the results and then observe. I also did a sonography under regular checkup in August 2024 and in that my uterus was 8.8 mm and ovaries were bulky. I have pcos from last several years however I conceived naturally and delivered a baby in feb-23 through normal delivery. I got natural periods till 14-apr-2024 and on 15-sep-2024 I got my last periods  through crina medicine. What do you suggest. Can this be a sign of something slerious like cancer. I am very tensed as doctor was emphasizing on biopsy. Please help me. I am attaching both my aug-24 and feb-25 sonographies here
