I have fibroids in both posterior n anterior uterine wall measuring 20×14mm n 6×4mmin size respectively.Do they need to operate..?plz suggest..

Your fibroid are creating any problem to you like heavy bleeding,frequent bleeding ,pain abdomen . If all is well then no need of operation because size is small but follow up is must by ultrasonography.
