Unwanted 72 s an emergency pill..it should not be taken like this..taking multiple pills in same cycle reduces the efficacy and leads to increase chance of ectopic pregnancy.. Whether u need to take the pill or not depends on regularity of ur cycles and which period you were in.. Also failure rates of em pills are very high compared to regular pills..
