Usg scan report advice

Question

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have uneven breast.. right side little larger than left.. both nipples not on the same level.. also felt lump in both.. went for USG scan.. report is totally normal.. no lesion found. Should I repeat scan again? Or is it not something to be worried about?
