Ultrasound shows few lymph nodes which are enlarged,which is not a serious concern . May need a course of antibiotics depending on other history and clinical examination..also ensure to avoid junk foods / snacks with refined flour frequently. Better to do a urine routine examination as well as few debris is seen in urinary bladder.if pus is there in urine ,will need urine culture as well
