For gb thickening u need cect abdomen
For hepatospleenomegaly u need to get lftlipid profile and hba1c, hbsag hcv
For renal calculi meet a urologist, if not symptomatic then hydration should be enough also get a kft done

-In view of renal calculus if no flank pain on either side of abdomen ,no need to do anything ,drink atleast 3 litre of water everyday.
-In view of GB sludge , if no pain in upper outer quadrant of abdomen .nothing to be done right , get a LFT test done to see liver function.
-Ovarian changes and fibroid - consult your gynaecologist.
-Rest keep trying to lose weight that's a good plan , keep your diet and lifestyle in control.
