Usg report and slight back pain

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hi Doctors, attached is my latest usg i am born with only right kidney and sometimes i am feeling back pain recently. All kidney functioning tests and CUE are normal and i am just worried if USG is normal or should i be concerned, request your inputs. Thank you.
