USG of the abdomen and pelvis

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Pls check these 2 attached USG reports and suggest the next step to take. Currently I'm taking medicines since two months for gallstones ie Udiliv 300 mg twice a day. Symptoms- stomach fullness sometimes.
