Asked for Male, 1 Years

5 days old infant's HR ULTRASONOGRAPHY CRANIUM show slightly raised echogenicity of bilateral basal ganglia and germinal matrix region. I have a very eventful pregnancy with high BP stress depression and edema..delivery was done after 36 weeks c section under GA. what does this USG report means. Plz somebody help
