Use of ecosprin 150 mg
Hello doctor.I am now in 30th week of pregnancy and my doctor recommended me to have ecosprin 150 mg due to high resistance flow in left uterine artery.whether it is safe to eat or not? Also my test report of glucose 75 g after 1 hr is 170 mg/dl and after 2hr it is 164 mg/dl..In this condition can I eat ecosprin 150 tab? kindly suggest

Yes it is safe This is not to increase micro placental circulation High  resistance flow in the uterine artery can lead to iugr and  less liquor  around the baby That would be more a risk rather than the medication itself The deranged sugar levels is suggestive of gestational diabetes You need to monitor your sugar levels carefully Exercise and follow a  diabetic diet Taking ecospirin with deranged sugars has no negative impact
